Shwe Bank to Wallet

1. Login to Subscriber App: Open the Subscriber app and log in with your credentials.

2. Go to Cash In/Out Features: Navigate to the Cash In/Out section.

3. Choose Cash In Services: Select the "Cash In" option. If your SHWE Bank account is already linked, it will be displayed automatically.

   
4. Choose Amount: Select the amount from the available options or type your preferred amount.

5. Click ‘Next’ Button: Click the "Next" button to proceed.

6. Preview Screen: A preview screen will appear showing the transaction details.

7. Click ‘Confirm’ Button: Click the "Confirm" button to finalize the transaction.

8. Enter PIN: Input your 6-digit PIN to authorize the transaction.

   • If PIN is Incorrect: An error message will display, stating “Invalid PIN”.

   • If PIN is Correct: The system will request an OTP from SHWE Bank.

9. OTP Verification:

   • Receive OTP: An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number.

   • Enter OTP: Input the received OTP in the app.

   • OTP Verification: The OTP will be verified by SHWE Bank.

   • If OTP is Incorrect: The transaction will fail, and an error message will display, stating “Invalid OTP”.

   • If OTP is Correct: The transaction will be successful, and the success screen will be displayed.

10. Transaction Success: Once the OTP is verified, the transaction will be completed successfully.

11. In-App Notification: Receive an in-app notification confirming the transaction.

12. SMS Notification: An SMS notification will be sent to the account holder's phone number.
