Wallet to Other Bank

This feature allows users to transfer money from their MoMoney wallet to a bank account in one of the available banks (KBZ, AYA, CB, UAB, YOMA). Below are the steps to complete an interbank transfer:

MoMoney to Other Bank (Interbank Transfer)

Open MoMoney and Log in

Launch the MoMoney app and log in with your credentials.

Send Money

On the Home Page, select the "Send Money" option.

Interbank Transfer

Choose the "Interbank Transfer" option and select your desired bank (KBZ, AYA, CB, UAB, YOMA).

Enter Details

• Bank Account Number: Enter the recipient's account number.

• Account Holder Name: Provide the recipient's name.

• Account Holder Phone: Enter the phone number.

• Amount: Specify the transfer amount.

• Branch: Select the branch from the drop-down list.

Preview

• Review the transaction details on the preview screen.

• Enter your 6-digit PIN.

• Click "Confirm" to finalize the transaction.

Transaction Confirmation:

• SMS Notification: A confirmation SMS is sent to your phone.

• In-App Notification: A notification within the app confirms the transaction.

• Success Page: View the transaction success page to ensure completion.

Additional Feature: Save Beneficiary Information: Users can save beneficiary information for future transactions and choose the saved beneficiary for the next transfer.
