User guide for purchasing a FlyMya ticket through the MoMoney Wallet Application,

Step-by-Step User Guide

STEP 1: Navigate the Service

• Open MoMoney and tap on "Travel From the MoMoney home screen,

STEP 2: Choose FlyMya

• On the travel services screen, tap on the FlyMya option. The system will load the FlyMya booking interface within the app.

STEP 3: Search for a Flight

• Departure/Arrival: Tap on the "Departure" and "To" fields to select your origin and destination airports (e.g., Yangon International Airport (RGN) to Mandalay International Airport (MDL)).

• Date: Select the desired date of travel (e.g., Fri, 08 Aug 2025).

• Passengers: Ensure the passenger count is correct.

• Tap "Search"

STEP 4: Select Your Flight

• The system will display a list of available flights.

• Review the options, including the departure/arrival times, airline, and price.

• Tap "Choose" on the flight you wish to book (e.g., the 06:45 PM Myanmar National Airlines flight for MMK 248,280).

STEP 5: Fill in Contact & Traveller Details

• Contact Details: Enter the main contact's information, including:

• Title (Mr, Mrs, etc.)

• ​First and Last Name

• Mobile Number

• Email Address

STEP 6: Traveller Details

• Tick the "Same as contact info" box if applicable, or manually fill in the details for each traveler.

• ​Provide the traveler's Full Name, Date of Birth, and NRC number or Passport ID.

• Tap on "More Information (Optional)" to add address details if required.

STEP 6: Review and Pay

• After filling in all the details, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

• Review the "Disclaimer" and "Secure Your Trip" sections.

• Tap on "Pay and Book."

• A confirmation pop-up titled "Are you sure your reservation details are correct?" will appear. Review all traveler and flight details one last time.

• If everything is correct, tap "Continue."

STEP 7: Complete the Payment

• A "Creating your reservation..." screen will appear, followed by the "Pay Online Merchant" screen.

• Confirm the Amount and Merchant Name (FLYMYA TECH CO., LTD)

• ​Tap "Accept.

• ​The system will prompt you to "Please Enter Your Password." Enter your MoMoney wallet PIN.

• A "Payment success" message will be displayed upon successful transaction

• MoMoney App: An in-app push notification confirming the successful payment.
